Use this to avoid DNS blockade made by your ISP/telco. Works well with Ethernet connection modem. For HSPA modem user, you need to adjust your modem's DNS setting and change it into dynamic setting. Useful to use fast public DNS for faster surfing and downloading.
No need to install anything, just unzip the archive and run the program. This program supported many free DNS services, and you can even add some more you got your hand on some fast DNS yourselves. There is even a button for you to check which DNS is the fastest, called 'Fastest DNS'. This nice little button will ping all the DNS available and will list the DNS with its loading time.
